How To Post Large Pic Instead Of Thumbnails?

If I want to post a picture on a forum I have noticed alot of people have pic that are quite large vs mine which are tiny thumbnail pictures. How do I get my pic to post in the larger format?

That depends on the forum software.
As a test go here and upload a picture you have taken - click Upload a File. Once the file has loaded, click Full Image.

We cannot view that picture unless we register on that forum

 

I tried to upload a image on the Photography thread and I see the option Full Image and that works the way I want, but not all forums don't offer that option. Nevertheless people are posting full images, but not me.

Upload your image on an online hosting service, like this: https://postimage.io/
Copy the link for the uploaded image. On your forum, post that link like this:
Here's the image I hosted: https://s21.postimg.org/eha1jjdhz/example.png
It will look like this:
