how to recover my damaged/corrupted file

    i just restore two documents after it have been deleted. The documents are probably corrupted, and i tried many free recover programs, no good result. any ideas? help plz?

    Yeah... and what type of documents are the recovered files? Word? Excel? Pictures?
    A little more info would be helpful.... you should probably include your version of Windows (XP; Vista; 2000; etc) and what happened to the files to require them to be recovered. Were they accidentally emptied from the Recycle Bin? Were they corrupted? Did a floppy/CD go bad?
