how to restrict access from admin. account

How to limit internet access to limited user accounts only ? If I I am reading right, using administrator account on internet is not recommended. Sometimes I forget to switch user.

 

Well lets start out with some basic system information. What windows are you using? And are you trying to limit the time the non-admin. account has on the internet ? Or are you trying to limit the content in which they View?

 

It is xp home. I would like to know how to keep internet from being used from administrator account, unless there is a definite purpose for doing so. For the most part I have read that it is safer to use a non admins. account on the internet. So therefore,if for some reason I need to change it back temporarily we could also do that. I try to only use the user ( non admins.) account, but sometimes i forget.? What I am getting is that some invasive techniques won't work for hackers if u stay on user account, instead of administrator.??
