   Hi, i reciently installed linux but i cant seem to be able to get the internet working. I am on a LAN. Anyone know how to set this up. Im using Redhat Linux 9 Shrike.

   Try this
   
   
   Go into console and type ifdown eth0
   
   enter
   
   then type ifup eth0
   
   That should restart the network
