How to take still shot from a video

    Hi and thanks in advance for any assistance ;).
    My Partner has taken some video footage of the Royal Wedding and is wanting to make some still photo's from these videos.
    The make and model of camera is ... Casio Exilim EX-Z90 ... she is more than sure that this is possible via some sort of setting/software on the camera but is not sure how to access this. Or if there is another way for her to do this any (detailed!! ;) ) advice would be gratefully recieved (by a very harrassed bloke!!!! :-D:-D).

    It's ok, Wife has figured out how to do this by messing around with the camera, pretty easy really ;), here's how she done it just in case some one else has the same problem.....

    1. go to movie that you want still from.
    2. press menu.
    3. on play section go to motion print.
    4. select highlited frame, select either 9 frames or 1 frame.
    5. scroll through video to pick the scene of the still you require then press select. Still shot has now been produced :-D:-D
