how to tell if you are monitored

    I am trying to find out if my home pc has a hidden monitoring program on it (as in someone you know put it there), as I understand people can change the file names so it seems like something harmless. I have searched the internet high an low for any info on finding these files to no avail. Please help!

    Try "Security Task Manager".Can show most keyloggers.

    open command prompt and enter: NETSTAT

    this will show connections engaged on that moment
