How to update CA ITM while offline?

Hey all, long time reader, first time poster.

Anyway, I have a machine that I'm working on and I'm having a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to update the ITM I have installed. I'm on a domain, so the machine is offline to keep from spreading infection. Anyway, what I want to do is get the updates downloaded to my machine, burn then, and then install them on the other machine, but I don't know what files to get or what directory they go in. Could anyone give me a hand with this?

 

I called CA tech support and the guy told me to stop ITM services and copy the updates folder located at c:\program files\ca\shared components\scan engine\incoming\ on my working machine and put it into the same directory on the crap machine (after stopping ITM services on that also.

That didn't work, so then I did a search on the CA site for the path I stated earlier (c:\program files\ca\shared components\scan engine\incoming\) and came up with nothing useful, but then I noticed on the right hand side there's a link for download signatres, so I clicked that and got a site with the different version of CA crap and I clicked on the ITM one on the top. That took me to a disclaimer, then an ftp site so I clicked on ITM at the top, and the scrolled down to the bottom where the newest defenitions are. I'll try that and post back if it works or not.

Didn't go so well. I just scanned it w/o updating and then plugged it directly into the internet feed and scanned w/ online scanners.
