Here in Indianapolis we have changed time zones. We never used to change our time but the policticians in their infinite wisdom changed that. Better or worse, it is causing me problems.
Microsoft sent me a hotfix but I just found out that the users here are not local admins or power users. How can I make this change during the login script run?

    Thanks in advance.

P.S., I am the new guy and was tasked with this... Geez... Nice 1st impression huh?

You would have to authorize the script to run as Admin.

In your logon script( domain level) you could run the NET TIME command. As in:
To get time from another computer:
    net time \\computer_with _good_time /set
or to get time from the primary domain controller:
    net time /domain:logon_domain_name /set
or to get time from the reliable time server:
    net time /rtsdomain:logon_domain_name /set
