HP 2200 Printer Offline

My HP All-in-one psc 2210 printer is not on our network, but hooked up directly to a computer with an XP 64 bit OS. It worked fine on the XP 34 bit, but when i changed computers and installed the recommended driver it kept giving me an offline message. I can change it back to ready, but when I hit print it immediatly goes back to offline. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled twice and reset it using services.msc from the run menu. I have not found any other solutions. Can anyone make another recommendation. Thanks

 

I am having a similar issue. Any ideas?
