Hp dv2000 doesn't power on

Help Help Help Hi evry one. I got problem with my hp pavilion dv2000 it doesn't power up after 3 beebs the lcd gos off and the but fan works. I have changed the ram and changed hard dive and lcd cable stel same any Ideas plesae?

For AMI BIOS 3 beeps means

Your computer has memory problems. First check video. If video is working, you'll see an error message. If not, you have a parity error in your first 64K of memory. First check your SIMM's. Reseat them and reboot. If this doesn't do it, the memory chips may be bad. You can try switching the first and second banks memory chips. First banks are the memory banks that your CPU finds its first 64K of base memory in. You'll need to consult your manual to see which bank is first. If all your memory tests good, you probably need to buy another motherboard.

For Award BIOS, anything except 1 long and two short means a RAM problem.

What do you mean when you say you've changed the RAM? switched around or purchased new sticks?

Thanks. Yes it is long and two short beebs and I have purchased new sticks and it's the same. Im going to buy 1 more see wat hapens. Any other ideas please let me know i,ll try. thanks to all

1 long and 2 short is NOT the same as three beeps.
RAM is not the prolem.
Your problem is video.
