HP Printer Problem-due to T-online browser

Please help me remove this stupid 't-online browser'... it is causing my HP printer to malfunction. At least that is what the error message said from MS...they told me to remove this program which is not listed......so how do I find it and remove. It is suggested in the error message to go to 't-online browser' website for this......but it is very foreign and I cant make sense out of it......:confused

What I would suggest is try this:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

See if after installing this, if it lists the T-Online Browser. If not, I think you may need to check for some malware.
