    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://www.sellshome.com/test.html

    www.sellshome.com

    As you can see, it validates.

    However, here is the problem.

    When clicking on the links, all of them work, except!

    If you click on Search for Listings, it loads into the iframe, normally. However, after that, all pages bust out of the iframe. If you never click on Search for Listings, all links load into the iframe fine. this happens across all browsers, and on different computers.

    I cannot figure out why this is happening, and while I have a solution at www.sellshome.com, the javascript fails to function in IE (encoding breaks it) when I convert over to XHTML 1.0.

    So if I can get the iframe working normally, I can get around this.

    Can anyone help? I've been fighting this for 2 months.

    Something else.

    If I put a basic page together with just the iframe and links, and nothing else, it works.

    Code:
    <html>
    <body>
    <a href="home.html" target="mframe">Home</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    				<a

    href="http://www.tarmls.com/scripts/mgrqispi.dll?APPNAME=Tucson&amp;PRGNAME=MLSLogin&amp;ARGUMENTS=-ATS,-AM,-A,-N000

    013477" target="mframe">Search For Listings</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    				<a href=

    "http://www.tarmls.com/scripts/mgrqispi.dll?APPNAME=Tucson&amp;PRGNAME=MLSLogin&amp;ARGUMENTS=-ATV,-AM,-A,-N00001347

    7" target="mframe">My Listings</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    				<a href="http://www.charterfunding.com" target="mframe">Get a Loan</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    				<a href="http://www.cityoftucson.org" target="mframe">Community</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    				<a href="http://www.titleguaranty.com/Corporate_Profile/corporate_profile.html"

    target="mframe">Title Information</a></span></p>
    			<iframe align="middle" width="100%"  height="85%" name="mframe" frameborder="0"

    scrolling="auto" src="home.html"></iframe>
    </body>
    </html>

    This works.

    All I did was rip it out of my current page.

    The test site source:

    Thats because the page you're trying to link to has a "frame busting" script in it.

    Basically, you shouldn't be loading other peoples sites in your own ;) people don't like you doing that. Might I suggest using a popup window instead?

    No, it is an MLS site, and is specifically for realtors and clients to use.

    I have no other option than maybe paying big bucks for access to the back end.
