Hyperlinks wont work

Good Afternoon,
Last night for some reason my mail client wont let me use hyperlinks to go places. It is very annoying and I know there is a fix for this but for the life of me I cannot remember.
My mail client is outlook express 6
Any help will be mucho appreciated.

Thank you.
The problem is solved. It was an upset settings because I had tried firefox and of course the settings changed when I reverted to IE. Here is the link to the fix if it happens to anyone on the forum.
