I am attacked by unknown website which keeps prompting me

Hi ,

I was troubled my pop-up.By using adware and spybot ..hijack this...i got rid of all the pop up...

for some reasons ..i have been prompted in my web browser every 10 mins or 15 mins...

i see this message ...just in a normal white background...

i have no idea for this...

by installing sygate personal firewall..i was able to block this...it flashed every 15 mins i was attacked..this firewall so good it stopped attacking me...

but i cannot have this firewall running all the time...as system very slow..if i kept running the firewall..it eat my resource...

i need your help to get rid this...

any idea about this...
