I Can Do The Runs But First A Question As I'm Not Sure I Need To

I leave my laptop... every morning I come back and I see that file explorer is open with
D: E: F: and G: openned... I don't see anything else other than a chrome screen I had left open on the page I left it open on. This just started happening a few days ago.
I know I didn't open them.

ran virus scan and nothing showing...

Is this just wierd? Is there a way to see on my laptop when they got openned?
