I cannot access my control panel.

    :major:major:majorI dont have a control panel or somthing. Any attempt to access the control panel gives me a Restrictions message. It says "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." I dont know what happend....:major

    Right click on Start and select properties. Click on the Start Menu tab and select Customize. Click on the 2nd tab, Advanced. The first item mentioned is control panel, select it so that it shows up on your start menu.
