I cant boot win 10 need boot software advice

I have HP ELITE BOOKS 8540. Where should I start i could get on win 10 but cant do much i have million pop ups including Chinese.I cant download anything virus programs or adware cleaner I cant revert back to win 7 or do a restore no restore point except for one bad one.I tried best boot disks Kaspersky bit defender and more some wouldn't work at all ,all of them that did work would find viruses but would shut off computer after 5-10 minutes.the last one was Dr web same thing so i would watch till it finds 10 delete or repair them and start again after 5minutes same thing shuts off.I checked my setting and made sure that computer or hard drive set to never shut down.
I did all virus cleaner malware removal as advised here most programs couldn't load when i did hitman pro it told me it found one threat an i needed to reboot it starts but i cant get into win 10 anymore.Is it some thing with the MBR any idea of boo table disk to use I tried drweb and it works for about
5 minutes then shuts off computer I had the same problem before also with kaspersky 10

Try this:

For 32-bit (x86) systems download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to a flash drive.
For 64-bit (x64) systems download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64 and save it to a flash drive.

Plug the flashdrive into the infected PC.

Enter System Recovery Options.

To enter System Recovery Options from the Advanced Boot Options:

Restart the computer.

As soon as the BIOS is loaded begin tapping the F8 key until Advanced Boot Options appears.

Use the arrow keys to select the Repair your computer menu item.

Choose your language settings, and then click Next.

Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.

Select your user account and click Next.

To enter System Recovery Options by using Windows installation disc:

Insert the installation disc.

Restart your computer.

If prompted, press any key to start Windows from the installation disc. If your computer is not configured to start from a CD or DVD, check your BIOS settings.

Click Repair your computer.

Choose your language settings, and then click Next.

Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.

Select your user account an click Next.

On the System Recovery Options menu you will get the following options:

Startup Repair

System Restore

Windows Complete PC Restore

Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool

Command Prompt

Click to expand...

Select Command Prompt

In the command window type in notepad and press Enter.

The notepad opens. Under File menu select Open.

Select "Computer" and find your flash drive letter and close the notepad.

In the command window type e:\frst.exe (for x64 bit version type e:\frst64) and press Enter

Note: Replace letter e with the drive letter of your flash drive.

The tool will start to run.

When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

Press Scan button.

It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive. Please attach this log to your next reply. (How to attach)

I relly wanted a boo table disk because i couldn't gent into anything so i made a recovery disk and was able to go into win 10 and ran Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64 up loading results

I just did another scan without going into windows just by booting to recovery here are the results again

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.

Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.

The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).

Please attach this to your next message. (See how to attach)

Now see if you can boot into normal Windows.

ok here is the file I cant run any virus cleaner cant open up Firefox.I was getting more pop ups last week which I was able to delete uninstall i obit doesn't work any,more windows uninstall just keeps spinning.I could go online on Microsoft edge

Please download the latest version of Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: Make sure you download the correct version for your PC. Only the correct version will work.

Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

Press Scan button.

It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your next reply.

The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

last time I ran hit man pro I couldn't boot to win10 and made recovery usb and had to make a restore which it only has one restore and I know its bad if you tell me to do it again i will

when i did hitman pro it told me it found one threat I removed it and i couldnt boot up I had to do a recovery and a restore which i only have one restore point which i know its bad so i did hitman again now and hard time booting it booted already fo half hour when i click on something it doesn't do anything.I cant even do a restore now when i ran Malware Bytes RogueKiller MGTools
most wouldn't work I will try again I just cant boot up now trying to fix

I was able to boot in safe mode but computer is really slow then i set it to minimal regular stat and cant boot so i gave up last night I use kaspersky and also Dr web last week and it boots but every time it does a scan shuts off after about 5 minutes both programs any more ideas

Yes just took a break I will try to do the read me again start over.I have to try to reboot again with all the start up options from recovery like I said.I was trying all kind of startup options and computer is really slow everything freezes up cant really do much.once I boot up again i will give you step by step results again when I run kaspersky 10 or dr web it scans and i see found threats but after 5 minutes computer shuts off i tried it many times

Even if you just get MGTools.exe run for now, and attach the MGlogs.zip that would be brilliant.
