Today's malware is very hard to get rid of and generally it takes a few different kinds of applications to do it along with manually deleting files that the software doesn't catch. It can also mess around with your internet capabilities.

To rule it out, you really should go through all steps in the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide and post your logs in a new thread in the Malware forum. If you are still having issues after that with uploading, at least you are sure it's something other than malware causing it.

What Windows and Service Pack you using?

Have you tried to give your temps and cookies a cleanout as those can at times stop internet traffic either too or from your PC, use CCLeaner but have no browser windows open at the time.

If you use IE then try Opera and see if you can upload.

If you have a software firewall, what is its name and disable it to test its not blocking you.

Failing that, yes you may have reminents of malware still on your PC and the below should help.
