i dont know what's the problem

.....my computer won't boot up upon pressing the reset button....
and if i shutdown my system it won't boot up until sometime.....
attached is my system specs...
and also i once tried to overclock my fsb....
what test should i do to check my system

 

What do you see on the screen when it won't boot up? Do the fans run when you hit the power button to turn it on?

Because the system is rather old, I would consider replacing the CMOS battery (if it is more than two or three years old) and seeing if that makes a difference.

 

I would reset the CMOS before trying to replace it.

just remove the cmos (the round metallic disc depicted in this thread) for 20 minutes and put it back in. THEN try booting up.

 

actually my desktop is running on ac to keep the cmos because my battery is dead
and heatsink and case fans are running usb connected mouse is on
some times the keyboard is responding sometimes not

and screen ............. nothing just plain black....

on some occasions it hangs up...... nothing responds

on some occasions the screen mis-align some lines

i think the problem is ram / gpu / cpu temp (80C max..??) fault

because i receive once a stop code 0x50

can't print screen it hangs.....

now i'm under clocking from 2600 mhz to 2500 mhz

and i used the clear cmos time clock ram function .... which means default settings

put ram settings on auto
