I have a blog and each time I visit it adobe reader opens and internetexplorer9 crash

    adobe reader opens and asks me to run or check for solutions when i click on check for solutions it asks me to install adobe 7 but I already have the most reacent version, i clicked on run and nothing came up, when i try to close the adobe reader box ie9 crashes,

    Any ideas why this is happening and how I can resolve it,
