I need massive help!!! On dead pixel!

    I got this program and everytime i go to run it i get this message



    UDPIXEL_EN.EXE-Application Error - Application Error
    The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application



    i would like to know if any of u guys know good programs to fix a dead pixels please! or how to get this running.
