I-tunes Problem (technical)

Just downloaded I-tunes to give their jukebox a go. But after downloading, when I attempt to open the exe desktop icon, i get:

Command line parameters:
/L Langage ID
/S Hide Initialization Dialogue. For silent mode use: /S/v/qn.
/V parameters to MsiExec.exe
/UA <url to InstMsiA.exe>
/UW <url to InstMsiW.exe>
/UM <url to msi package>

all of the above in a box entitled 'Installshield'. my only option is then to click 'ok', then nothing happens.

Help needed guys!! Thanks in advance.

 

Which OS are you using?
Itunes will not work on 98.
Microsoft installer may not be installed.
For win2k you will need to download. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...f9-2d36-4977-8fa1-6f8a0f5dca8f&DisplayLang=en
If you have XP you should be able to install itunes without anything.
