i want that chatting could not be possible?

1) i want that chatting could not be possible on my computer.
2) access to my network places etc. could not be possible.

is there any solution for that?.............thanks to all.

 

are you trying to block other people who use the computer, to have limited access to certain systems and functions on your computer?????????

I would start with setting up a limited account from the link above, then you may have to purchase software like Net Nanny to limit the use of chat programs. There mat be some on MG site but I'm not familiar with any at this time
