icare recovery

    Hi
    This is new and I posted a little while ago hoping someone might help on a problem. It started when I deleted RAW MOV files off my CF card and they were permanently deletly because they were so large. could not get any thing off the card. used icare-recovery standard went to the trash and recovered what I think are the files but I'm not sure becuse I can't open them. The message is they are unreadable. Tried quite a few programs with no results. I really need this footage, HELP!!!
