Icons On Desktop, and on folders arent right.

    Ok, So a few hours ago, my desktop was fine, then all the sudden, i get these weird lookin icons on my desktop and on folders. i have 2 screenys of them. I'v ran a spyware/adware program, nothing showed up. I'v ran a virus scan, and still nothing. I dont know what this is, but its startin to p!$$ me off...Please, if anyone knows how to fix this, and how to prevent it, please lemme know.

    (Btw, i restarted my comp twice, and shut it down for atleast 10 minutes hopeing it would solve this issue.)

    Ok....no one has any idea wtf is wrong? your all more nerdyier and geekyier then me...................i dont know how the heck to fix this..............please.........someone......................

    Well I have no idea what you mean by "I'v ran a spyware/adware program". A real program name would be a lot more useful.

    Please follow ALL the steps in our standard cleaning process given below:

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

    Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


    After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps below:

    - Download HijackThis 1.99.1

    - Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT

    - Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file.

    - Before running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.

    - Run HijackThis and save your log file.

    - Post your log as an ATTACHMENT to your next message. (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post).

    I Ran Adaware, up to date, Etc top proggys etc etc

    ...seems that when i play this one game, and go into full screen, and then alt+tab out, everythings fine. (Continuum if your wondering what game..)
