    Hey,

I am just wondering what these things on the front of my computer are..lol.

One of them says CF/MICRODRIVE and it is about 1 1/2-3/4 inches wide...

The other one says SD/MMC/MS/MS-PRO and it is a 1 inch rectangle with two slots at coming out of the top right and left. I am just curious of what they are, and their use.

    Thanks

what is the make/model of your computer?

The second object you describe sounds just like a multimedia card ports. They will come in very handy when (or if) you use digital cameras.

The first, *might* be one of those ports that allow to use the proprietary hard disk. Pretty useless IMHO as you can get external hdds for the same price and can be used on any computer. Of course, I'm just guessing on that one.
