IE blocked content

    IE displays a yellow bar across the page top advising of blocked content. How can I eliminate the bar?

    You don't say if you're running XP w/SP2, but go to your browser, click tools, internet options, advanced tab, drop down to find security section, and see if the box beside 'allow active content to run in files on my computer' is checked. If it's not, check it and try your IE blocking issue again. This might work on your set-up.
