IE Homepage hijacked by topsecuritysite.com

Hello Geeks,

My Internet Explore browser homepage has been changed to "topsecuritysite.com" and "guarduptodate.net" (look the same but different names). I can't change my homepage to what I want it to be. It keeps changing back to the above mentioned pages.

I have run through the "READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support" I was able to run all required scans. The only thing I remember is that Spybot didn't find any problems while all others did. I ran the online scans and Highjack this! the log files are attached along with the counterspy log.

My PC is a Compaq Presario S3300NX; running Windows XP/SP1; with the following specs: CPU: 2600+ AMD Athlon XP; Ram: 512Mb DDR SDRAM; Hard Drive: 120Gb Ultra DMA; Graphics: Geforce4 MX4400 whit 128Mb DDR SDRAM memory and TV-out, 1-AGP; internet: Via Rhines Ethernet card. This all the info I can think of, I hope its enough. Thanks in advance for all the help.
