IE spyware trouble.. (taskbar)

I'm sure this is some kind of spyware.. anyway. I was hit HARSH with some kind of trojan. I was just sitting on MSN chatting with my friends when I got like 4 or 5 different virus alerts, and spyware alerts and stuff, from my virus scanner. Well I did a full spyware scan with Adaware, got rid of most of the crap, then downloaded SpyBot and searched again, and got rid of all the stuff it found. I ran a full virus scan and it came up clean, and i wasn't picking up any more spyware... so I figured i was clean.

But now, as i visit most pages that were normally pop-up free, I'm being pelted with this crap. 'You're the 1,000,000th visitor!' 'Click here for your free camera!' you know.. the norm.

Anyway, thats problem one. I dunno what it is if my AntiVir, Adaware, and Spybot can't find it, but something is there.

One other thing that is bugging me.. wish I had a server to upload this too, but I've had my browser top bar edited by this somehow. Under the tools tab, there is a new entry, above Messenger, which reads "Your PC is infected with Spyware - Click here to fix your PC"

Now obviously its spyware.. how else would it get into my browser right?

Anyway.. I hope my questions make sense. Thanks to any help, i appreciate it.

Yeah.. as soon as I posted.. I realized that most of the posts on here directed me to this tutorial... lol. =/ my bad. I'm running through it now, will update when I'm done.
