iexplore.exe not closing,not showing in task manager?

I see you have a thread active with TimW here ... is this a new computer that you are asking questions about? If so you will need to go thru the entire procedure and upload the 4 requested logs. If you are still referring to the machine where TimW is helping you, then you will need to ensure that you stay in that thread until you have completed the cleaning of that computer, and avoid making multiple threads.
