IIS on W2K Server restricted to 10 connections

I've used IIS for many years to load test various remote server applications. Recently it suddenly started refusing connections with the "too many users are connected" error. This message is usually associated with IIS on W2K Professional, which has a built in limit of 10 simultaneous connections. However this is a full version of IIS 5.0 on W2K Server, so should have no such usage restrictions. As a result of this I can no longer load test, as most connections are refused.

Any suggestions as to what might have gone wrong, or how to fix it please?

Are ye running IIS5 on the server itself? Is the server, in relation to IIS5 set to use more than 10 concurrent connections?

Yes. IIS on a Windows 2000 Server PC. And it's set to "unlimited connections".
