I'm getting an error when attempting to use Panda's Online ActiveScan

What could the problem be?

 

Which version of IE are you using? Could be a security issue.

Could you post more of the error?

 

I'm using Internet Explorer 6.
The remainder of the error report just shows the url.

Thanks, but Firefox isn't supported.

I've also now updated Internet Explorer to the latest version, but am still getting the same error.

 

What happens when you click OK?

Does the Panda Scan work at all. I've had issues with this online scanner as well as others. Just trying to recall everything.

 

There's no 'ok' option. After the necessary files are downloaded, it gives the option of which areas you want scanned.
I'm not able to use scan anything.

 

Are you running Avast AV? If so disable it and then run the scan.

 

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I meant 'OK' in the error box, not during the Panda Scan.

I had to disable my AV and AS program for it to work. On another user's machine, I had to add the panda site to the trusted sites in Internet Options.
Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites > Add this website to the zone > Add
