Importing data into Excel XP

    I'm trying to import a list of data from a webpage, where the info is divided into its respective fields. When I use the Import, get external data, in excel, it doesn't give me the option to separate the data by fields...instead it just lumps all the data in one cell per record. What is command to separate the data from the webpage?

    Thanks, I'm using Windows XP and Excel XP
