Increase download speed for eDonkey, Emule, or Kaaza Lie

I am looking for tips or a program or something that will help increase my performance with the share programs. User can pull off of me fairly good, but I cannot get a good speed at all. Better internet performance in general would be great, but I dont want to get some half a$$ program that does more harm than good. Please let me know you recommendations. Thanks!

 

Bit torrent for downloads, or ares are what i use.

 

One thing to try is to set your upload speed to between 18-20.

 

If you buy the programs, it becomes a non issue

 

Well buying is not an option right now...

I set the upload speed, but it basically kills the DL speed, especially in eDonkey.

I do use the bittorrent plugins for eDonkey and it is on the latest version.

There has got to be some reg tweak or program

 

try port forwading with a bit torrent programme.
