Increasing the number of downloads

    Hi im currently in the process of downloading a large number of .mp3 files from a legal mp3 site but my computer will not allow me to download more than 3 files at a time. I know that this can be increased to 5 or something but i cant remember how.

    Specs:
    Dell Demension P3
    450MHZ (steam powered lol).
    Windows 2k
    192RAM(i think).

    Piece of crap i know. I should just stick to my laptop and kick this paper weight to the side.
