Incredimail Disaster?? HTML file not found?

Howdy. Please help. Is this the right forum? If not, i apologize. Had Incredimail4 quite sometime. Started 2 not b able 2 send-receive mail. Servers & all in check. Names, passwords correct. Thought I would delete & start over. Silly me. Well, re-installed Incredimail. Everything loaded fine on 2 of my 3 desktops. My daughters desktop completely vanished. Gone. Poof.And the Incredimail will not load on her desktop. Error message: IE cannot find Active Desktop HTML file. C:\Documents & Settings\CrystalrosesDFR1G041\Desktop not accessible. ....Also, sgtray error occurred while trying to open pc config. (this all shows up on my daughters "desktop".)...Have spoken briefly with TechGuys @ Tech Support Guy Forums...apparently IncrediMail is not a good thing to have. I am done with it, for sure after this. A gentlemen directed me to MS support...w/ a particular link...I partially understand it. I've never recovered any data b4...not sure if i will create a bigger mess for myself or not...when I run my Find mshtml.dll (via MS support link)...I end up with 6 different ones...I am to rename mshtml.dll...but which one...and do I rename it ... frommshtml.doc....txt...what? Then I am to extract a new copy of mshtml.dll file from original IE cd rom or the folder 2 which I downloaded IE setup files or original CD rom windows\systems folders...which I do not understand.My 6 different results are as follows:

the MS support link was for Win 98, 2000 I think...but not for XP, which is what i have. Cant reach the TechGuy site for some reason 2nite...If I could, I'd list the MS support link so perhaps someone could take a look at it to help clarify things for u...Please, responses very much appreciated...
