Info re: ComboFix Log

Hello.
I am working on my friends computer that downloaded and ran crack (adobe.photoshop.cs4.x32-nope.rar). I am trying to clean up any damage that may have been done. In actuality, the only change I saw was an added 018 when running HJT. I removed it. I read and followed the Malware Removal Guide running SuperAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and then Combofix.exe. I had Zero findings with Super and Anti-Malware. I then ran Combofix.exe and it produced a log. There is a help guide for HJT but I didn't see one for Combofix.exe.
I am asking if someone will take a look at both the HJT and Combofix logs to see if all is good.

I've removed:
SuperAntiSpyware
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
HJT
by using the "add/remove programs" in XP.
