install error needs fixed concerning malwarebytes,

I am attempting to install malwarebytes but the installation goes only so far and stops and a pop up appears that states:

MBAM_ERROR_EXPANDING_VARIABLES (0, 453)

and I am now, getting:
internet explorer error pop ups...... announcing different errors, anything from:

are these connected with installing malwarebytes? and by the way, what is script? is it necessary and safe to allow script or not? and if not how do i stop these pop ups?
