I am unable to install the plug-in for Ad-Aware. I deleted Ad-Aware even though it was the most recent version and installed it again. It made no difference. The Ad-Aware install is correct but the plug-in download can't find it. And when I browse manually there is no folder called Ad-Aware plug-in directory. What am I doing wrong? I can find Ad-Aware manually but no plug-in directory. Screenshot:

Could it be that the plug-in is no longer compatible with the new version of Ad-Aware?

Note: The new Ad-Aware 2008 in all versions - Free, Plus and Pro - will be released on Wednesday, May 21 at 12 noon. My question will very soon be out of date. :) Source: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/company/blog/

    Hi

All the old addons for the 2006 SE version were added into the 2007 version as default so you dont need to install them.

Oh! Well, that explains it. And besides a new version of Ad-Aware will be here in just a few days. So all is fine, then. Thank you very much.
