installing software on winxpsp2 gives error

    when installing hola unblocker on winxpsp2 gives following error:
    hola unblocker has encountered a problem and needs to close down.we are sorry for the inconvenience.
    plz help me solve this problem.
    os:winxpsp2.
    AV:NOD32
    ff32.

    Most software I know require at least Windows XP SP3 to install successfully. I don't know "hola unblocker" or what their system requirements are; maybe you should check with their support.

    That error message is just too nonspecific to be of any help in solving the problem. If Hola support is unable to rectify the problem then try turning off your antivirus software prior to installing the new software. If that doesn't work then try installing it in Safe Mode.

    hola unblocker is a FF addon

    that apparently allows you to receive content like Netflix and BBC if you are in a country not serviced by those programs.

    I don't think MajorGeeks will support you on breaking restrictions on sites.
