Installing Windows With Hardware

    Hi, i recently installed windows but forgot to remove my linksys adapter out. And now my windows cannot find the hardware. I remember there was some kind of program to uninstall the slot and remove then plug in the adapter again making the computer think its a new hardware. can somebody tell me where to find this software?

    What kind of LinkSys adapter do you have?

    All of the firmware is downloadable from the LinkSys site www.LinkSys.com
