Instant/Auto Copy Program?

I have a folder that I paste/move files and folders to. What I want to happen is that every time something is put in that folder it is instantly and automatically copied to another folder.

When I say "instant" I mean that the second it’s put in that folder it starts copying to the other folder, I realize it will take time to copy it over, I just want it to start copying right away.

Anyone know of a program that will do this? I'm running Windows 7, 32-bit.

I finally found a program called Second Copy that does the job but it's only a 30 day trial and then $30 to buy.

I'll check out your recommendations and see if they do the same but for free.
