Interested in RAID 0

    I am moving my current 80gig IDE HDD to a secondary comp. I am interested in moving to a RAID 0 configuration on my primary comp.

    Would it be possible to do this on a P4P800 SE MOBO? :confused:

    What cables do I need to buy?

    The proper cables would come with a RAID Controller card.
    Personally, i would advise against going with RAID. I had my main non-linear ediitng turnkey system configured with RAID, there are constant issues with it, plus once you think it works all fine and dandy, it gives up on you. I had two WD 80GB drives on RAID, and one of the drives got totally fried, and i lost very important data. I personally don't see any benefit going to RAID.

    Do I need a raid controller card or can I just plug them into my mobo and off I go? :confused:
