Internet Closes on protected websites such as my online banking....Spyware?

    My Internet closes when I enter login pages on certain websites such as my Bank web page or similar protected websites. I assume its spyware or malware and ive tried everything on your support forms....Ive done the Read Me First tutorial and im still having problems....ive downloaded CCleaner, Adware, Hijackthis, etc...... Went through every step and still having problems.....can you help?

    Per the instructions in the READ ME, you must attach the 6 requested logs if you still need help after running the READ ME. Here are the requested logs. (Note we did not ask you to run Ad-Aware so I'm not sure what READ ME you are look at).

    • CounterSpy - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users
    • AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy. - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users
    • Bitdefender - from step 6
    • Panda Scan - from step 6
    • runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
    • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
    • HijackThis
    NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!
