Internet Connection Sharing Issue

    Have a Windows 7 home premium. Followed the ICS instructions as per the microsoft howto page. Network Sharing enabled and the ICS service was set to automatic and recovery was set to zero for all parameters

    The issue is that ICS immediately stopped after starting. Have done that standard systems checks... system file checker, Microsoft Fixya, etc.

    Seeking guidance on the continued troubleshooting of this issue.
