I have trouble with the internet disconnecting from my Vista based wired desktop machine. I'm running a cable modem, linksys WRT160N, 16 port switch. Internet connectivity is great as long as you are using it. After a period of non-use, you may or may not get the connection back. A reboot usually solves it. I suspect I have an incorrect setting somewhere, but I don't know where to look. FYI, I have no problems on the wireless side (XP laptop).
