internet exp 8.0 running with addons disabled everything needs adobe flasher does it

    my internet explorer is running with addons disabled but when i go to manage addons it says they are enabled! wat is the problem? also cant listen to music on tutube or watch videos on cnn or play games.it says i need latest adobe flasher.i dont have adobe at all.do i need to get it? thanks dennis

    for certain things you will need adobe flash player if it says you need it to run and ap online you do need it so you can down load and install it through here " http://majorgeeks.com/Adobe_Flash_Player_d5163.html " this is the latest version.hope this helps good luck.
