Internet Explorer 6.0 Redirects

    Recently, I've lost the redirect ability. I have disabled and uninstalled all pop-up blockers. I've turned off the pop-up blocker option in the service pack of IE. CTRL+click doesn't work either. I can't find anything on the Microsoft web site. Norton anti-virus up to date - no issues. Numerous spyware softwares installed - no issues.

    Please help...
