Internet Explorer - MSUZ32.DLL and Kernel32.DLL error

Hello Everybody:
I have Windows ME and recently whenever I try to start Internet Explorer I receive two errors first

Iexplore has caused an error in MSUZ32.DLL. Iexplore will close now.

If you continue to experience problems,try restarting your computer.

When I press Close button on this error window second error appears

Iexplore has caused an error in KERNEL.DLL. Iexplore will close now.

If you continue to experience problems,try restarting your computer.

When I press Close button on this second error window page does appear but whenever I try to open a new window same thing. Ofcourse restarting the computer does not solve the problem.

I am not sure why this is occuring and how to solve it? Is it a virus or may be as Windows ME. Please help.

PS: When I browse using Mozilla Firefox I do not receive any error messages but I would like to fix my internet explorer.
