Internet explorer new site pops up

When I go online using internet explorer, I have Hotmail as my homepage so it goes there directly, however when it is loading another window opens and loads as well, it says something like 540/ramdomsites... I cannot write it down fast enough because it changes to "http:/www.google.com/search?hl=&q='george+bush=idiot' " this is a search results page from google, which I have never been on. So this is not one of my previously visited sites. I have tried clearing history and that didn't work. I ususally close this window when it first opens but it is always the same one. Also it will pop up at any time when I am online, not just when I first go on. It gets quite anoying, sometimes it pops up repeatedly and they are all the same window. How do I stop this?

 

ok, I got it again and noticed:
"http:/540scmg.net" it also says "ramdomsites" but I can't tell if it is right after, it's just a blink and the backbutton doesn't work on it.

 

It sounds like you have some spyware/adware.

Download AdAware, check for updates, run it and remove whatever it finds.
